Returns & Exchanges

At Honker, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the fashion items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
